Z.E.I.C.H.(N)E.N. 14.05–22.06.2016, Internationales Künstlerhaus Villa Concordia, Bamberg - Germany
The works exhibited in Z.E.I.C.H.(N.)E.N., reflect complexities embedded in language, through my continuing research on the Futhark (Norse written language). The connections between the Germanic speaking countries of Europe, how the geopolitical shifts resonate in our body, as our main communicative resource, has political potential.
The private, baroque garden of Villa Concordia was made open to the public with site-specific installations and interactive sculptures.
The exhibition was concluding my fellowship and residency, a prize I received from Bayerisches Minesterium für Kultur und Wissenschaft.
